Here is a preview of our latest custom home in Orleans.  The REEF design-build team recently completed an exceptional custom home in Orleans, featuring 5 bedrooms, and nearly 6500sf of living space across 4 floors.  This project also takes advantage of the pre-existing non-confirming rights that were vested in the original, exceptionally tall home on the property, allowing us to take advantage of a 3rd floor space providing sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This classic gambrel facade provided balance to the front facade, masking the building height and providing a true coastal flair to the exterior.  The interior features are exceptional as well, full custom kitchen, intricate built-in millwork and one of the best laundry rooms we have ever designed and built.
