There is no new land being created on Cape Cod, so often folks will purchase an older home for its location. Then they come to us to maximize the views, and create a wonderful home for their family to enjoy. Here are a few photos of one of our current projects. We designed the home to take advantage of commanding views of some north side dunes and Cape Cod Bay. The view from the kitchen window is breathtaking. Adjacent is a large living area with an expansive bank of windows and sliding glass doors. The last photo is the view from the soon-to-be-completed deck. If you have a wonderful view and a not-so-wonderful house, or you’d like to enjoy a similar Cape Cod home, just call us. We are happy to help.   ![Highland Cottage](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21197537-jpg/images/highland_cottage-resized-600.jpg?width=270&height=202&name=highland_cottage-resized-600.jpg) ![Highland Foundation](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21197568-jpg/images/highland_foundation-resized-600.jpg?width=229&height=171&name=highland_foundation-resized-600.jpg) ![Highland Decked](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21197590-jpg/images/highland_decked-resized-600.jpg?width=220&height=164&name=highland_decked-resized-600.jpg)    ![Highland Framed](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21197819-jpg/images/highland_framed-resized-600.jpg?width=269&height=201&name=highland_framed-resized-600.jpg)![Highland Kitchen View](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21197630-jpg/images/highland_kitchen_window_view-resized-600.jpg?width=258&height=192&name=highland_kitchen_window_view-resized-600.jpg)   ![Highland View from the Deck resized 600](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/hs-fs/file-21200631-jpg/images/highland_view_from_the_deck-resized-600.jpg) Tags: [cape cod waterfront homes](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/topic/cape-cod-waterfront-homes), [cape cod home design](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/topic/cape-cod-home-design), [Cape Cod Builder|Cape Cod Custom Homes|beach house](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/topic/cape-cod-buildercape-cod-custom-homesbeach-house) ### Subscribe to Email Updates Search Blog Search Google [Cape Cod Building CostsHow much does it cost per square foot to build on Cape Cod?
