2025 is here! We are working on several exciting new projects for the new year and there is no better time to launch our latest construction cost guide! We are continuing to see changes in the energy code resulting in some of the highest efficiency projects we have ever built! We have also launched our custom cabinetry division so keep us in mind for those kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
We will continue to see building code changes coming this year with a new version of the Massachusetts code coming this winter! Luckily the state is allowing projects to be submitted under the current code up until June 2025. So if you are considering a project this year, it will definitely save some money if it is permitted under the existing code. We are also seeing a strong trend towards major renovation and remodeling projects which in some cases can be more cost effective than new construction depending on the age of the existing home.
