The southern exposure over Bass River was and is a million-dollar view. We designed a home to take advantage of the location, and maximize the enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty. The views in this video were never available from the original cottage. This beautiful home, now in mid-stage construction, will be a great place for summer fun or year-round living.  REEF: 508-394-3090 every day [![Contact Chuck](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/140405/e08ab337-92df-41f3-a230-b40c24867e25.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/140405/e08ab337-92df-41f3-a230-b40c24867e25) Tags: [Cape Cod Builder|Cape Cod Custom Homes|beach house](https://info.capecodbuilder.com/topic/cape-cod-buildercape-cod-custom-homesbeach-house) ### Subscribe to Email Updates Search Blog Search Google [Cape Cod Building CostsHow much does it cost per square foot to build on Cape Cod?
